You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number and email address.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) phcash.com Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. phcash.com employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, phcash.com reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any winnings, and forfeit any Funds held in those Accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. phcash.com will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to submit valid identification documents upon request, which may include a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.
phcash.com accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your phcash.com Account in real time upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider. phcash.com does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) banking days for bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. phcash.com reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
All transactions on the phcash.com Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phcash.com does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the Player.

In no event shall phcash.com's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount of Funds held in your phcash.com Account at the time the claim arises.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phcash.com's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with phcash.com informally by contacting our customer support team. phcash.com will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
Nothing in this section shall prevent phcash.com from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
